The Local House HOTEL Miami Beach Review
The Local House Hotel is perfect for any Miami getaway, regardless of how long you plan to visit. This South Beach (SoBe) quaint and charming hotel resides just a couple hundred feet away from Miami Beach and makes for an amazing tropical retreat.
This super laid-back, elegant and heavy beach-vibe hotel is perfect for small groups, girls trips or even a little staycation. It’s small enough for a more intimate experience, but offers an excellent atmosphere between the in-house restaurant, cozy rooms, private balconies and stunning rooftop views and pool. You really get the best of all worlds between the hotel accommodations, proximity to the beach and other hot-spots worth visiting.

Vibe Check
Moderate-luxury feel with a laid-back yet elegant beach-atmosphere.
Comfort Level
On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best), the comfort level is at a 3. The beds were spacious and comfortable with thick comforters which can make it a little hot for Miami, even with the air conditioning. Noises from outdoors and in the hotel are easily heard, but that greatly relies on the location. It’s a happening place!
Views to expect on Property
Most of the rooms are equipped with small private balconies that overlook the side-streets and or/ocean. The balconies are wide enough to allow 2-3 people and make for a great picture-taking spot. Some of the rooms come with partial ocean views, this is a great option to save money. The rooftop & pool offers one of the best views as you can see the skyline, ocean and the beautiful architecture that makes Miami what it is. Highly recommend spending time here to take in some of the best views.
