With hotels located in Asia, Europe, The Middle East, Pacific & North America, guests have been able to experience these magical hotels to celebrate life’s special moments or just the everyday!

The Langham New York Hotel is a 5-star luxury hotel located in Midtown Manhattan. Just a 5-minute walk from Bryant Park and a 6-minute walk from The Empire State Building.

It’s the best spot to be right in the middle of everything so you can easily access all parts of the city whether you take the subway or Uber. I believe this hotel sets itself apart from other hotels in the area because of the accommodations, amenities, hospitality and customer service. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, you’ll be taken care of. Upon arrival you’ll be taken back by the stunning interiors and gorgeous lobby smell, given assistance with your luggage, handed a bottle of water and escorted to your room where you’ll enter a land of comfort and luxury.

You’ll have access to 234 residentially-styled guest rooms and suites that offer apartment-style amenities that are perfect for families and all other kinds of travelers. Each room offers a plethora of amenities, that signature hotel lobby scent and highlighted views of the iconic Manhattan skyline with floor-to-ceiling glass windows. I can’t think of anything better for a city experience.

The Langham New York Hotel Rooms

During my stay at The Langham New York, I stayed in the Deluxe Room which is one of the largest NYC hotel rooms I’ve been in. As you may already know, rooms in NYC can be quite small. And this one just blew me away with space and amenities. This room can sleep up to 3 guests and has a large and lush king bed, a full fitted Italian-style wardrobe with glass-fronted walnut drawers, a built-in safe, floor-to-ceiling windows that you can open to let in fresh air, complimentary Nespresso coffee maker, bottled water, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, Swedish Duxiana bed, a marble bathroom with a double vanity, deep soaking tub and separate glass rainfall shower, a TV built into the bathroom mirror and of course, a luxurious robe to relax in.

I love the details in the room from the beautiful scent, to the plush carpets, the touches of pink, the natural lighting from the windows, the rich wood interiors and the marble bathroom with all the luxury products you need.

The bathroom itself includes both a large deep soaking tub and walk-in shower. I’m usually not a bath person but I couldn’t resist the enormous bathtub facing the views of the NYC skyline. The room is well equipped with everything you need including an iron, ironing board, desk and lamp, robe to lounge in as well as a plethora of bathroom toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a sewing kit, shower cap and other little things you may have forgotten on your journey.

Other bedroom suites you have access to at The Langham include the Superior Room, Superior City View Room, Deluxe Room, Deluxe City View Room, Deluxe Room with Terrace, Executive Room with Kitchen, Family Double-Double Room with Kitchen, Family Room, Junior Suite, Junior Suite with Empire State Building View, Junior Suite with Terrace, One Bedroom Empire State View Suite, Empire State Penthouse Suite and the Empire State Presidential Suite. Wellness is a huge priority at The Langham Hotels which is one of my favorite aspects of the hotel. They offer state-of-the-art wellness facilities that are meant to strengthen your body, soothe your soul and help you stay healthy even while traveling. The 2,000 square foot Fitness Center includes stationary bikes, treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights, weight machines, fitness balls and kettlebells. You can access a variety of fitness class options through the touch screen kiosk called Fitness on Demand where you can workout with first-class instructors. Between the Fitness Center, unlimited water bottles, healthy food options and deep soaking bath tubs, you can surely make your stay a healthy and enjoyable one.

Meeting & Events

As you already know, The Langham loves to host meetings and events in their spaces to encourage people to celebrate the everyday, whatever that means for you. The Langham New York offers 7,500 square feet of flexible meeting, event and wedding spaces onsite. They can do large business conferences, fashion shows, grand galas, small cocktail parties, you name it. The Langham is the perfect place to plan a fancy event where you can both enjoy the hotel and event services.

Private Kitchen

Whether you’re staying at The Langham or hosting an event, Private Kitchen is a great dining option to suit your needs. If you’re interested in room service you have the option to choose between breakfast, all day dining, beverages and alcoholic beverages. For breakfast, you can expect dishes like omelets, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, acai bowl and smoked salmon. For all day dining you can expect dishes like Chicken Consomme, black chickpea hummus and grilled pita bread, chicken wings, and an artisan cheese board, a plethora of salads and sandwiches as well as main dishes like filet mignon, atlantic salmon, english pea risotto and spaghetti bolognese.

Sides and desserts also come plentiful with a number of options to choose from. As for drinks you can order juices, smoothies, coffees, teas and hot chocolate. If you’re craving an alcoholic beverage or need some bubbly to pop you can order an array of beer, sparkling wine, white wine, rosé , red wine, champagne as well as cocktails.

Bar Fiori

Hotel bars are the best. There’s just something so wonderful about experiencing a luxurious bar in a fancy dress with a delicious cocktail and a good atmosphere. Bar Fiori is known for its stunning elegance, beautiful flower arrangements, sparkling clean marble countertops and modern decor. You’ll have access to both the Bar Fiori menu as well as the Ai Fiori menu when sitting at the bar. Some things to look forward to include seasonal happy hour specials, signature $29 express lunch meal, a late-night wine lover’s special and Chef Michael White’s award-winning White Label burger. In addition to their intentional appetizer menu with things like Olive Miste, Mozzarella Confit and Fegato Pollo, they also feature signature drinks like the classic aperol spritz, americano bianco, americano grosso and fiore americano.

Ai Fiori

I always recommend making a reservation at the restaurant as I believe hotel restaurants are extremely underrated. Most of the time, the restaurant, owners and chefs have incredible stories and interesting facts behind the brand of how it came about and they almost always offer insane cuisine. I also love chatting with the managers and servers about what brought them here and what their favorite dishes are. Ai Fiori is a Michelin starred restaurant where you’ll be greeted with a moody, beautifully decorated and romantic atmosphere, making it the ideal place for couples and friends. Ai Fiori stands for “among the flowers” in Italian, which celebrates the French and Italian Riviera, courtesy of the world-renowned Altamarea Group and Chef Michael White.

We were immediately impressed with the ambiance and overall service upon arrival. And had an exquisite experience trying the different dishes. We decided to go with the Four Course Pre Fixe meal with the wine pairing, of course. Our choices included Insalata and Vellutata for antipasti, Trofe Nero and Mezzaluna for pasta, Ippoglosso and Anatra for the entree and Torta di Limone and Cubetto di Cioccolato for dessert with a scoop of gelati. Absolutely delicious!

My Experience At The Langham New York Hotel

The Langham New York Hotel completely blew me away, as expected. Between the ideal location, stunning lobby, luxury amenities, wellness focus, the beautiful scent, gorgeous decor, comfortable rooms and delicious food, it catered to every need. I always love staying at The Langham Hotels because you just know what you’re getting. Every property is so on-brand and detailed down to a T that you can’t help but feel like royalty when you’re here.

What I enjoyed most was the location, hospitality, welcome amenity, gorgeous wood interiors in the room, the view of the New York skyline, the enormous bathtub and the overall feeling of pure luxury when you enter this hotel. Everyone was super accommodating, kind and extremely efficient whether it be delivering room service or helping me with my luggage. I see a pattern now between the employees at both The Langham Boston and The Langham New York, they all truly care about their guests! Going above and beyond is a part of the brand and it shows in everything they do.

It’s no secret that such luxury comes with a high price tag.

The overnight stay, in-room dining, service fees and taxes are quite high at The Langham. So it really is the most ideal for special occasions or something you do once or twice a year. I recommend staying at The Langham for 1-2 nights in a bustling city to get the best experience. That way you can pair your birthday, anniversary, job promotion or anything in the best way possible by stimulating your senses completely.
