Vibe Check
A luxury, Mediterranean-style property with a Southern California twist. This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms included luxury amenities, kitchens, fireplaces and your very own balcony. The pools were spread throughout the property on different levels of the cliffs which gave an entirely different experience and view. The staff was kind and accommodating, the food was delicious and there was always something to do at any time of the day. Plus, Terranea is an ocean-front resort, what could be better than that?
Comfort Level
On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best), the comfort level is at a 5. The bed was amazingly plush and large, the room layout was ideal and the private balcony made for an enhanced experience. Since the property is so big, it doesn’t ever feel overcrowded.
Terranea resort view
Some of the best views can be seen at this resort. Especially if you have an ocean-front balcony from your room. You can see the all the golf course, the outdoor lounge areas, pools and hot tubs, outside bars, outdoor restaurant and the ocean as the sun is setting on the Pacific Ocean. One of the best sunsets I’ve seen!
